I used this company for a full roof restoration several years ago so of course they were my first call when I had water leaking into my house. I rang Tim directly and was told to send him an email with all of my details and someone would get back to me promptly. Two emails and 2 SMS later and 3 weeks have gone by with no response from Tim or his company. Very disappointing.
I rang and spoke to Tim about getting my double storey house’s gutters cleaned, he gave me a quote over the phone which was very good value compared to its competitors. I was sent Darren come and do the job within a week and was relieved to see they actually get up on the roof and scoop out the gutters properly, no long handled hoses to be seen. I will definitely use this company from now on. Great service.

Recently i had a bad leak in the back room of my house. Someone put me on to triplux and they came the same day in the rain and were able too fix the problem straight away. Also very reasonably priced.a Thank you again Tim for your excellent service. Would recommend triplux to anyone
