great store with amazing customer service. jon explained everything for the helmet i wanted and got to check out the store with him. highly recommend this place for parts and services as they seem very knowledgeable.

Delayed my order without notice 2 times. It would be cheaper and faster for me to order from Quebec than from the local store, "available in 2 days" in Toronto. Bad experience in my case. If it's delayed that much, the client should be aware not to keep it silent. Honda Gromwing I was a hard customer to deal with, but they were great people to work with. Life is tough in Canada and they were very professional. This is why I wanted to buy Canadian or at least through a Canadian seller/dealer. I ordered the front suspension plus the install tool for a Grom. Sadly I ordered the rear suspension somewhere else (not saying who) however after speaking with Jonathan I ended up ordering a second rear shock for my 36 year old nephew. We have the same bike.
