I wouldn't even give this business and Westin a star if I could. I rented a camper from ****** in April of this year and the conditions of the camper were unacceptable for anyone to live in. It didn't have privacy blinds or shades on at least 3 windows, had mold, wasn't very clean, and had a pan full of grease and dirty utensils in it when we arrived. I called ****** to express the frustration and unprofessional conditions of the camper and unfortunately he chose to curse me out and yell at me over the phone. I eventually re... read more

Im giving this place a 1 star because it wont let me give it zero. Friends of a friend have rented from him with good luck, however that wasnt the case for me! The camper didnt get delivered until around 3pm. Once inside, we discovered it wasnt what we were promised at all. Instead of being fully furnished, there were only a couple pans, forks and utensils along with a broken Keurig. Also, we were provided 1 partial roll of toilet paper that was yellow like it had been wet. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a very thin bl... read more

Hi all, We wanted to write a response as well as to offer some proof debunking this. The fact of the matter is that its simply untrue, and we have a video to prove it. As a way to verify that the interior of every rental is up to standard upon delivery, we require the delivering employee to take a video of themselves checking the generator, inspecting the ***************** the appliances, and running a quick supply check.
