I have to say this is probably the best service I have ever experienced. Our furnace was failing, and Mr. Clarence came out within an hour where other companies said they weren't available for a week or you have to pay for emergency after hours rates. Not only did Mr. Clarence try to fix out furnace while here, he was a complete professional and gentleman. The temperature outside was freezing and he did everything possible to help us out.
