I have to say this is probably the best service I have ever experienced. Our furnace was failing, and Mr. Clarence came out within an hour where other companies said they weren't available for a week or you have to pay for emergency after hours rates. Not only did Mr. Clarence try to fix out furnace while here, he was a complete professional and gentleman. The temperature outside was freezing and he did everything possible to help us out. I had a very positive experience with triple tech. Their technicians were professional and responsive to all questions asked. I was also pleasantly surprised by prices of their services. They fixed my furnance and water heater. I have had no more problems since their visit.
They were on time and seemed to care what the problem was , quick to want to help since we had been without air all summer . I would use their services again . They are kind and very personable people .
