The owner informed me they only had one driver that could pass a drug test. Very rude and shady people.

When I originally called to schedule my appointment, I told them I didn't know where the septic tank was but there were only a couple of places it could be. After the debacle I had with them not showing up for the appointment (and sitting at home wasting a day I should have been at work), they scheduled me for today (a Saturday, for which I had plans that had to be cancelled).
