Like some other reviewers, I found this rental company to be the worst I have ever dealt with, and I have rented a lot of places in my 73 years. The workers, maintenance people, etc. are pleasant enough, but the administration behind the scenes seems very greedy and very vindictive. Do not move out early or lose or break anything. They will go to the edge of the law to punish you with outlandish charges. You can be as nice and loving toward them as Jesus himself would, but it won't help. I’m very disappointed with this company. I moved out 2 months before my lease ended but as the lease required, I continued to pay until they found a new leasee. I was told that I would get back my security deposit (by one of their office employees) but they didn’t refund it because I moved out early. I also was charged cleaning fees totaling $355 even though I had scrubbed all the tile floors (they were filthy when I moved in) by hand and paid to have all the carpets professionally cleaned.
