Lori was kind, knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful. This company is TRUSTWORTHY, unlike some others. Plus the van was clean, looked good, and worked perfectly.
I have purchased and own several mobility vans. Purchasing from this company was a mistake. The sales rep, Shawn, is pushy and not very pleasant to deal with. When the van arrived, it was very dirty and with no gas. There were more scratches on the exterior than what he showed in the pictures. There are better options out there to purchase a van from.
Where do I start? Well, I guess with Shawn, the owner. He took the time to sit down with me for almost 2 hours and asked me why I was looking for a different van. It was like he was trying to really make sure this was a good decision. For me, the reasons were personal. For Shawn, it wasn’t about making another sale. He was being genuine. From the time we got our 2012 Dodge Caravan with assistance from the Tampa7 VA, from Triple S Mobility, we have never thought of them as other than great friends! Throughout the years Shawn periodically calls to see how I am doing. My husband passed away 13 years ago and I, too, now have an electric scooter and so happy I have the van, with a handicap ramp.
