I gave this rating based off of a couple of things. 1. They do a really nice job of making sure the houses are in nice shape before renting them out 2. But.... the prices are way to much!!!! I just saw where they have a very small 2 bedroom 1 bath house that is probably less than 800 *maybe smaller* square feet, I lived in one of them about 2 years ago and the price was 525 month, now they are asking 700 a month!!!!
