Some really nice people ready to help.
We recently bought a Karran Sink from Triple S. No fault of theirs, but it arrived damaged and we didn't discover the damage until we had it for quite a while. We worked with Ken at Triple S and couldn't be more happy with him to make things right and make it quick.
One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered in a hardware store. They were so rude and disrespectful they acted like they did not even care, about what I was asking them. I recommend another hardware store. Treat your customers with respect and they'll come back, unfortunately. the kid who was "helping me" (I use the term "helping me" very lightly.) left a bad experience, not one's did they thanked me for coming in to their store, I told them that, I will be taking my business elsewhere, from now on.
