Why would you send a contractor to fix the central air without the proper equipment to fix it? Also, why send them 5 minutes before their union hours are up so they do not have time to get the proper equipment needed to fix it. He came in his own personal car (not a truck with what is needed to fix the issue) and stated he does installations, but you were aware this was not an installation and an issue with the system. 3 days without central air is not appropriate with small children and animals.
