I was blown away by how unprofessional my experience was. My husband purchased a Groupon. I called to schedule a detailing for our van. The person on the phone was rude when I talked to him, but I figured I was being sensitive due to our family's recent personal trials. I called on Monday and the appointment was set for Friday at 11am. Nothing was said about what to do once I arrived. I asked the man if he needed my contact information for the appointment. I was just yelled at by a staff member. Worst customer service. They never answer the phone. The address on the website is for a storage facility and when you ask where they are located they just say "the address is right". Clearly they are too important to care about their customers.
I have been trying for several days to get ahold of someone to schedule my vehicle the come in to get detailed. I finally get a call back at 9 o'clock in the morning, As I was in a meeting could not answer the phone . I tried calling back after my meeting and just got the voicemail the same voicemail I've been trying for the last couple days.
Highly recommend Triple R Detailing! They agreed to do a mobile car detailing event for me and were easy to work with from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. They clearly know what they are doing and have it down to a science! Everyone that got their cars done that day could not get over how awesome they were. We will be having them come back FOR SURE!
