Save your money! They will rob you ! Tell you they fix one thing and don’t . I paid for a new muffler they didn’t even replace it. Lord they got me 3 times spent too much money here and when I got a second opinion elsewhere I found out just how much! Try to tell me my car isn’t even worth fixing!! Avoid them by any means necessary. On top of that way overpriced!!
I highly don't recommend (especially if you don't understand Spanish to effectively communicate). Go to the delta down the street, the husband and wife try to help you. They're transparent and provide good service. Already people don't trust mechanics and these people add to that feeling. I had a break light that needed repair and they said they only took cash. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Triple R Auto Service Center. First of all, the woman at the shop was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. You have to buy your own parts, the communication was poor, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer when that lady came and started being rude telling her husband, some guys name that starts with R that he didn’t charge me enough for the work was getting done, they have some personal problems that we customers don’t want to hear, I just went there t... read more
I went there a few times and genuinely thought I found in honest shop, they were nice but never fixed my issue. The receptionist woman in the front is lovey and tried to help me out but I feel I was conned. There was a guy who’s name started with a “B” who was working there and told me he ran/owned the shop when I went there wanting to fix my car issues with my battery, alternator and a leak so I paid for a new alternator, got it replaced by them, they also did the removal and replacement of my engine valve cover (for the le... read more
