Friendly staff. Connected to the fun park by an indoor walkway. Pet friendly and very nice to my little dog. I will be bringing my kids and dog back.
What a monumental overpriced dump. The bunk with a game console room we reserved at $675/ two nights with a Nintendo 64 from 1960 that didn't work, all the TV remotes didn't work missing batteries and back on them. All the soap, conditioner, etc in the shower was out. Why even stay at this dump when NOTHING is included like the water park used to be. Literally thousands for a family of 4 to do anything here we will definitely never come back and just do great wolf lodge for now on that's ten times better and cheaper.
I have stayed more times at this hotel than I can count. I remember as a kid when it was built and operated as a Holiday Inn. The staff is always AMAZING. They are the reason we come back a couple times a year. It's literally like family. Despite what others have commented on I have never had an issue with a dirty room. The hotel gets a lot of use. We stayed here because it was close to a vet hospital where our dog had surgery. The room wasn’t very clean (a gummy candy was on the floor stuck to the carpet, hair in the shower and dirty towel left on a hook behind bathroom door). It’s run down and not appealing. I wouldn’t stay here again.
We had a really great stay here! The staff was honestly a 10/10—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. There’s also plenty to do for all ages, which made it perfect whether you’re traveling with kids, family, or just looking for a fun getaway. It never felt boring, and there was always something to enjoy. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with kids.
