I've been going here for a long time and the service has gone downhill. They mostly get the orders wrong, the kids meal i got was missing a cookie, twice. Even the tables inside always have some sort of crumbs on them. I find it odd that one of drive thru staff always corrects cheeseburger orders as "burger with cheese". They need to train the staff better.
This location is ruining triple O reputation Absolutely no food quality
Great burgers. French fries don't taste good as they use Canola oil.
I ordered original sunny start from uber eats app, you can select bacon sausage or mushrooms, I selected mushrooms and in special notes mentioned no mushrooms, still it came with bacon on it, when i called triple os about the order and saying I gave instructions and ate one with bacon as I dont eat any meat, she said “ oh thats fine no worries” she did not understand that I dont eat and I mentioned and this is response I get, she is clearly not trained. they give false order. beware guys this guys just don’t care
