$11.33 for a paper thin piece of chicken- i remember when they were 2-3 times as thick. Well this was it for me, done with tripple o’s the value and customer service just isn’t there anymore. What a shame another great Canadian restaurant ruined by corporate greed of cutting costs.
I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this Triple O’s. I went through the drive-through and ordered the Original Veggie Burger — not the one with mushrooms. When I got home, I realized I had received the wrong burger. I drove back, expecting a quick and simple fix. Instead, I was told the mistake was mine. The manager insisted that they gave me what I ordered and said I’d have to pay again if I wanted the correct burger. I was shocked.
