My first visit to your drive thru concept, having been a white spot customer for over 50 years. We ordered Two burgers, French Fries, & Onion Rings to go. The Burgers were made correctly, & tasted great. The Onion Rings were nicely breaded, large & thick & hot, much better than your competitors. However I was really disappointed with the Fries. They barely filled the box, , were all short end pieces, as if they were from the bottom of the bin, & cold as a result. We were used to much better quality at your dine in restaurant... read more
It took roughly 40 minutes to receive my order, and the whole experience was unbelievable. There were many people waiting to get their orders. The fries were cold and soggy, and I had to go back to the counter multiple times to get the items that were missed in my order. I will not be visiting this location again...
I ordered cajun fries and they were cold. People pay money for the food and please make sure you are giving them good food for the value of their money.
