Dropped off my U-Haul rental at this location and was charged $274 on top of my other U-Haul fees for “wrong drop off” location. Seems like an extremely large fee for being only 30 miles from the original pickup. Taking advantage of people where they can.
Only utilized the U-Haul service here. Michelle was a special young lady. She went above and beyond for help and service. Thank you so much!
Please for your safety check anything that you rent out of this place, apparently they don’t do it . So I reserve a car dolly a week in advance to make sure I will be able to transport my car out of town 600 miles away from MIDLOTHIAN, the original reservation was at a different location in MIDLOTHIAN but they contact me and told me that they don’t have one for the day . Will be taking all of our storage elsewhere. Woman who lives in a trailer on the property was extremely rude and unprofessional today. Us and our friend who was going to get a unit (who will now not be) will be moving our things elsewhere on Tuesday.
