Don't waste your time visiting, calling in, or booking online appointments as these guys are time wasters. I called after making an online reservation detailing the service I wanted on my vehicle. Don't recommend they told me my car fix save up money get the car out but then when drove the vehicle we didn't make out Carthage still doing same things. After we back to get our money the man going tell us we going get out money back really come on now don't recommend this place to nobody didn't the one star I give it a zero 👎🏽👎🏽
Has been a great experience everything was straightforward,convenient and fast! Mr. Sanders did a great job getting me into a vehicle that I wanted! He has a very positive and friendly and made the experience great! Mike was great with the paperwork and it did not feel like I was signing my life away but explained everything efficiently! Definitely would recommend anyone trying to get a ride to come here!!!
Worst dealership in our area. They are always trying to just scam someone out of something. Tried to get warranty work done here several years ago. Went in to buy a car and was told I wasn't serious so I left and went and bought a new one somewhere else. Refuse to give rebates and any offers any time you try and deal with them. Some of the salesmen are good people but the owner or finance guy isn't.
