Martin was so great! He was honest and helpful and did exactly what he said he was going to do and it was a fair, reasonable price considering what was needed. I would recommend triple M and Martin specially to anyone looking for AC repair. Being a single woman it’s nice to have people treat you fairly and not try to sell you on things you don’t need. He truly is amazing and have recommended him to everyone I know!
Unfortunately the gentleman that came to our house was EXTREMELY rude. My husband was trying to walk him through what we needed and he continually cut him off and was rude! We asked him to leave. When I called the main number to make a complaint, the same guy answered and then hung up on me when I tried to explain how disrespectful he was. I would never redo my this company and I hope whoever owns it will post a number that I can call and actually speak with the owner.
My breaker kept tripping for my HVAC and I had a different company come out and take a look. They “diagnosed” it and said I needed a new compressor which would cost me almost 5k. Called Triple M to get another opinion. Mr Martin came out same day, actually did a thorough diagnosis and determined it was a broken wire which cost a couple of hundred dollars total for repair and parts. Saved me thousands just by having someone come out who knows what they’re doing. Will definitely be calling Triple M for future repairs!
Martin with Triple M Heating & Air Conditioning. My a/c went out and was not cooling. I submitted a request for an appointment the night before. I received a call first thing in the morning at 7:30am from Martin. He arrived at my place at 8:20am. He was able to diagnose the problem of being the Contactor. He had me up in running within a hour of being here. I recommend Martin for your heating and air conditioning jobs. He’s attentive, professional and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a customer of Triple M Heating and Air Conditioning for well over a decade, and they’ve earned my trust time and time again. Mr. Martin is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. When our AC recently went out unexpectedly, he was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice and got us taken care of quickly.
