My tire went flat on the middle of the highway about 20 minutes outside of Pocatello. When I called Triple L, I was still panicking a little. The person on the phone took the time to calm me down and reassured me that someone would be on their way to help me soon. They even offered to stay on the phone with me while I waited for the tow. The person who picked me up and towed my car was very kind. They took my car to the cheapest tire place and made sure they could accommodate me before unhooking my car. Amazing drivers.
These guys were great, the tow itself was great and done with care in mind. Sometimes they have communication errors, that can turn into delays. But all in all, they helped me out when no one else would after I hit a deer coming home from school, and I appreciate them for it
