I had a very bad experience with this company. I initially called them and scheduled an appointment, but I clearly told them not to send a technician before calling me and getting my approval, because I wanted to compare prices with other companies first. Later, I received a faster and cheaper offer from another company (TLC), so I scheduled an appointment with them. Their technician came and inspected the issue for free. Worst company that installed two water heaters and did a bad job. Pipes going crisscross and not getting hotwater quickly despite having a recirculating pump. My property manager hired them. The hot water was taking 5 minutes to come to the tap, and when I complained about it, they sent someone and he just turned the heater to the hottest setting. The person said that's all he can do and said it was a courtesy call and no charges were made as he did nothing which was fair on his part. Still it was taking 5 minutes to come to... read more

Had them come out and work on my water heater. They did the job quickly and cleaned up. Everything worked good.
