My dog developed a large rash after Triple L Pest control came to the Airbnb where I was staying. I do not know for sure that this was the cause of the rash, however the company made it very difficult to obtain information about the products used and the time that the technician left so I could understand how long the products sat on the yard before my dogs were in it. My experience with this pest control company began when I noticed ants repeatedly coming out from behind my refrigerator, especially in the evening. The technician carefully moved the appliance slightly and inspected behind it instead of just treating the surface area. He found moisture buildup and food residue as the main cause and explained everything clearly. He applied gel bait along the trail and treated specific hidden zones. First time user- Coy was an absolute wealth of knowledge. Explained in detail about the entire process. Showing me where I could use more treatment, where it wasn’t necessary at the time. He’s absolutely great at what he does and absolutely needs a raise! I made the right call choosing y'all for pest control on my home.
