Over priced and unreliable service. Received horrible service no communication regarding the issue with my vehicle 2weeks after I received my car I had a delay in cranking my car took it back, had to spend an additional 100 on a part and still had issues starting my car. Decided to take my car to Firestone to find out the actual issues with the car instead of wasting money I did not have on unnecessary parts. Great group of men! Very professional and helpful. My situation was something they had never dealt with before but they were amazing and got the problem taken care of and made me feel reassured my car was safe before hitting the road.
Ran into a problem with my oil filter, got recommended to here, and as soon as i got there their hospitality was unmatched, i explained the situation and left my car for a while and they gave me a call as soon as it was ready, honest hard working fellas who deserve all the reviews they already have, cannot recommend them enough. Support them over a dealership any day !!
