Roy and Gan are very polite and respectful people as the owner and park manager respectively. The atmosphere they cultivate is one of community and "home". Very affordable in this case does not mean sacrifice of elbow room nor does it mean a concrete parking lot. What you get is a gated space with a white picket fence tree(s) a lawn and storage shed for a price point well below that of comparable parks.
