They sold me two defective magazines that did not meet Colt manufacturer specifications despite their claims online. These were clearly never tested in a firearm whatsoever and I have to guess that they never saw an OEM version of this product. Then they refused to refund my return shipping so that I could get my refund on their garbage product. I have had nothing but good experiences from this company, good customer service .great leather products.
Ordered a mag for my Mossberg model 42 , they confirmed my order said it was being processed for shipment . "BAM" they send me a email the next day saying they cancelled my order , I asked why and they never responded . this is all after they took my credit car info . This company is shady .
Where to start. The reviews describing rude customer service are accurate. The complaints about backorders and a complete lack of communication are also accurate. After more than two months of waiting on an order that showed no indication of being out of stock at the time of purchase, I’m done. That alone is unacceptable. I ordered a set of gun grips for an older firearm that I planned to gift to a family member, and this was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The grips took far too long to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was absolutely terrible. They don’t fit the gun properly, the finish looks cheap, and overall they look nothing like what was advertised. For $76, I basically received a piece of trash. Total waste of money. I would not recommend this product or this seller to anyone.
