Would love to give a positive review, but I can’t… Absolutely horrible wish I would never would’ve booked my wedding there! Don’t do like I did and book with Susan. She will micromanage everything and ruin your day and overreact to absolutely every little thing. She was rude, not only to me but to my entire family she played nice up until the day of the wedding. This place feels home, Susan’s attention to detail is remarkable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a special event (wedding, graduation, or corporate event) in NM, southwest Colorado, or in the four corner area, you have to check this place out. Highly recommend!!
Our experience with Susan at this venue has been incredibly disappointing. While she was pleasant during our initial tour, things quickly took a negative turn once we paid our deposit. Since then, she has been rude and difficult to work with. The bridal suite is tiny and lacks a private bathroom, which is a major inconvenience, especially considering the large and well-equipped men's suite.
