The owner Shane Heckel was extremely rude and impatient with me. I simply asked what the usual turnaround was on a quote (estimate) regarding a pole type carport. He responded with "We are extremely busy." "If you are in a hurry, you may want to go elsewhere." After numerous emails were exchanged, he only became more defensive and impatient. We had a patio cover installed in May of 2020. The initial measurements from the company weren't accurate. The installers completed as much of the job as they could and said they would return in a few days to complete the job. They did not return to complete the job until a couple of weeks later. They did finally complete the job and we paid. A couple of months later it was leaking in several places, one being into the soffit of our roof. When we inspected it, our installer videoed and we showed you this video where it was leaking on the soffit side. We are not responsible for leaks in your home. At one point you demanded a whole new cover because of this soffit leak that is not due to the cover we constructed. We offered to take a look at the other leak you mentioned. Outstanding work for a hell of a good price!
They promise and give quotes but won't deliver! Live up to your word!!! They lack innovation and refuse to work with clients to make it happen!

I wanted to give Shane and his company Triple H Structural Steel Covers a thumbs up on a job well done. From the time Mason came out to bid the job till the last screw was put in place, the experience was great. I had other bids, but not one of the other company's could beat them on cost, material and size. My son like ours so much, there doing one on his house soon.
