My house was struck by lightning. Hunter and her crew were able to assess, maintain, and restore my home, working with the insurance company at every turn. Months later, when a stranger appeared at my front door to inspect my roof following a storm and "discovered" hail damage, Triple Diamond had someone inspect my roof the same day. There was no hail damage after all.
This rude company ignores "no soliciting" signs. They drove around and knocked on every door in the neighborhood, completely ignoring all of the obvious signs. They woke up my sleeping baby. Any company does this practice does not deserve customers.
Very friendly but tried to get me to redo my roof when it wasn't necessary.
