Everything about this company is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not understand the basics of alarm systems or what to do and the event of an alarm. If you care about the safety or security of your family or home .....AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
We purchased a home video surveillance system from Triple D a year ago for security at our residence, paying just under $2,000 for a small 4 camera system with installation. However, the quality of the cameras and the outdated DVR console are disappointing, lacking any modern features.
