Joann Jones-Chavas was absolutely wonderful. Very professional did a fantastic job. Had a buyer in a week and sold in 3 1/2 weeks. Got a fair price and it helped us retire faster to follow our dream of RVing it around the country. The biggest selling point, was our cat Athena, not much of a people person, took a shining to Joann right away, we knew right then we picked the right agent. I would always recommend her. Melissa Holm is extremely unprofessional. She came into our business during business hours to show the property without permission or notice and interrupted our business operation and disturbed our guests.
We really enjoyed working with Joann. She was very good to my wife and I. I had my doubts she could sell my house for what she thought she could. But, she proved me wrong. She was easy to access. Has a lot of knowledge and experience and really was there for us. She showed up to our closing and spent the time to be there even though it was unnecessary. Anyway, we’d definitely work with her again.
