I’d say ask questions but it didn’t help me-maybe I didn't know the right people....I had a feeling from my first appointment with Dr. Fernandez that something was odd about her responses to my questions. Upon a second opinon by a PERIODONTIST when I told him "I would ask questions and I just wanted them to just answer the questions - she was very vague and answered in generalities" his reaction was "because she probably did .not know the answer".
