Really excellent people working here. They actually care about solving your technical issues instead of selling you "services" you don't need (cough cough Geek Squad cough). I've been struggling with poor internet for years, and Tim solved my problem in like 20 minutes. Even offered to come to my house to troubleshoot any modem/router issues for free. Diagnostic services are very reasonably priced. While I hope I don't have any more technical problems with my computer, I know who I'll be coming back to if I need any help.
