Highly recommend Charles and his staff at Triple C. I had just had a horrible experience with LifeSafer and another interlock installer, and was dead in the water for 5 days in a Les Schwab parking lot (thanks to them as well). Charles sent his mobile service to Bellevue from Marysville, and they ended up removing the device, and replacing it with a device from SmartStart and a new mouthpiece that one of their employees developed. Trying to get & figure out this whole process was a bit of a challenge due to my first time having to go through this. After my appointment, I was well informed with everything I needed to know, the service was great & very professional. I was shown, helped & given a lot more knowledge bout having this device in my veciale, than any other person I was in contact with.
