After the installation, they handed me forms, and only made sure I got the car started and said I was on my own now, and told me during rolling tests I only need to blow out and not the same combination to start the car (I had a friend witness all of this as well).... Highly recommend Charles and his staff at Triple C. I had just had a horrible experience with LifeSafer and another interlock installer, and was dead in the water for 5 days in a Les Schwab parking lot (thanks to them as well). Charles sent his mobile service to Bellevue from Marysville, and they ended up removing the device, and replacing it with a device from SmartStart and a new mouthpiece that one of their employees developed.
