As an out-of-towner, Chris and his team really came through for me for a last-minute inspection when I needed it most. Reception was super friendly and I received a timely, thorough inspection of my vehicle. I was even let into the shop, beneath the lifted vehicle, where I could visualize the problem as Chris walked me through the symptomology. I brought my 2020 Mercedes GLE350 in for routine maintenance and the service was excellent. Chris was upfront with the cost and timeframe, both of which he met. My car was returned in excellent condition and he even went above and beyond when unrelated service issues arose following the maintenance. The shop is clean and welcoming. I have used Chris and his shop for a few years now and would fully trust him with my cars. I recommend him to all that drive German cars.
I had a great experience with Triple C Automotive. Chris was excellent to work with from start to finish. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. He also went above and beyond by helping me identify an Audi emissions service action related to the EGR cooler, which may allow the repair to be completed through Audi instead of paying for it out of pocket. I took my car to the BMW dealer and they found 4 issues with my car, so I decided to get a second opinion Triple C Automotive. It turns out that only 1 of the 4 issues was real and the Triple C estimates were half the cost of the BMW dealer for the item that needed repaired.
