We have had great experiences with Triple A Air Conditioning in all the years we've used them. They are very friendly, responsive, professional, and go out of their way to make sure all of our units are in good shape. We found a leak near our water meter mere hours before expected extended sub-freezing temperatures. I called them just before 4pm, and they had it fixed before it got dark that evening. JJ was a total pleasure to work with. Not only did he repair the leak, but he gave us advice about how to best prepare for the coming freeze!
This company is NOT interested in servicing older equipment; they only want to sell you a $10+K system. After nearly a week of no AC in 100+ degree weather and them sending out a sales guy twice; I practically had to beg them to fix my my "old system." Stupidly I agreed to the repairs which was them simply replacing a $20 capacitor and then charging me $500 for it.
