Dr. Tripathy operated on my dad's carotid artery and saved his life. He's a very skilled and experienced surgeon. As a result, my dad made a full recovery despite the severity of the blockage. Dr. Tripathy had great bedside manner - he was always very pleasant, patient and explained everything to my parents to reassure them through everything. That patience and care continued after surgery and through my dad's recovery. My family is very grateful for all that Dr. Tripathy did.
I went to Dr. Uttram for several tests. I was initially concerned about the tests and possible outcomes. Dr. Uttam was patient, non-alarming, and explained everything. He put me at ease and explained everything to me. His office staff was friendly and helpful. The technician was sweet and professional. His Nurse Practioner was helpful and informative. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the doctor and his staff.
We love Dr. Tripathy and his entire team! They have cared for numerous family members and friends of ours and he and his team always go the extra mile to make sure all of questions are answered and the results have been life saving,. Thank you for all that you do!
The office staff is terrible. They never answer the phone, they never return calls. There’s no follow through at all. You can be the best surgeon in the world, but if your staff impedes care, it’s hard to say how great you may or may not be. Edit: I’m changing from 3 stars to 1 star. We had to go back again to his office. Again we had to wait over 1 hour (1hr 17min) to see him, for him to spend only 5 minutes with my mom to tell her something he could have easily told her over the phone.
