I was informed by the receptionist at check in that lt is REQUIRED to complete my check in online prior to my appointment. NO WHERE did it say it was required, employee told me that she would check me in THIS time. My response, this will be the last time you will have to check me in, I will find another provider outside of Trios. Have you done the online check in, I give up half way through because it goes on and on. I asked what if I didn't have access to the Internet? Kinda and professional always ontop of getting back into contact and a well trained and experienced staff. Been taking my daughter here since she was born and she has loved the room decorations and short waitroom times.
Tracey Bryant and staff are incredible. I always have a great experience here and leave feeling well taken care of. Scheduling was super easy online and convenient. My appointment was kept and I was sent several confirmations for my scheduled appointment. They listen, they care, and they are well educated in health care!
They Cancelled my appointment day I made it (over a month ago) they claim they called me and left a voicemail but I show NO record of either. They told me that doctor I made an appointment with is leaving next month and that I fudged up by not calling and should not have scheduled it on THIER website. I’m a first time mom and the receptionist/ whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. The doctor is STILL on the website able to be chosen for appointments AND to pick as a PCP.
