You will be in good hands with Sarah. She takes the time to explain what is possible with my hair and does what I thought was impossible. She listens to what I'd like her to with my hair and will also make suggestions as to what is possible. The end results always make me feel good and very happy.
I saw Sarah Nelson several times before I had brain surgery in May and each time she was great for my curly hair needs. After surgery though, I needed a stylist to fix my hair to help cover up where the surgeon had shaved part of my head. I texted Sarah to ask if this was something she could help with, but she refused to respond to my text and when I called the salon to explain the situation, they told me she wouldn't take my call and that I should just make an appointment without speaking to her.
