I have been coming to Trios for many years. It is always a relaxing time where I feel pampered and walk out feeling like a new human. Hayley is wonderful to chat with while she transforms my hair to something beautiful that suits me. I will continue coming back.

Staff is friendly. Clear communication about policies which I appreciate. I tried a new stylist, Sarah. She listened carefully to what I wanted and I am very happy with my hair cut. I also had facial services by Rachel. Also excellent.
Got a facial with Rachael and it was amazing! She did a fantastic job with transitions throughout the service (covering eyes before bright lights, smooth towel removals, etc), and I left feeling like I got a new face :) The atmosphere was calm and very non-clinical/medical feeling. Lighting was low and relaxing, and the music was a perfect volume. Highly recommend!
