Haircut was overall pretty nice! Only complaint regarding the charge of the service. I was charged a +New Haircut Client Extra 15 Minutes. During the consultation at the beginning of the appointment we mentioned wanting a specific thing done for our hair. Realizing that hadn’t been done yet, I reminded the stylist. Sarah is the best! I, like most people, am very particular with how I want my hair cut. She knows how to perfectly pull off all of my requests and I always feel pampered when I’m in her chair. Thanks Sarah!
Having neglected my hair for years, I was nervous about a big, but much needed, change. Sarah N is truly an expert in her field. She listened intently and helped me curate a beautiful new color of warm chocolate with golden and caramel tones. I love it and have already received several requests for her contact. She’s also a great person to spend some time with, good conversation and a very gentle touch. What a delightful day. I’ll most certainly be back!
I went in for a long overdue haircut, and was a little nervous going into it. Sarah did an excellent job through every step of the process though, and helped to put my mind at ease. I love my haircut! And she did an excellent job.
