I went in and asked the hairdresser for a TRIM and came out with three inches less hair and a completely different haircut. I realized too late how much she had cut off. It took me a YEAR to grow my bangs out only to have her cut four inches in seconds. Now I’m back to where I was a year ago. When I called to ask how they could fix it they could do nothing as the owner wasn’t there. I am very upset and disappointed. And am stunned at how a trim became a completely different haircut.
I came to this salon last week and saw Megan, I had the WORST experience. My experience started off ok, the girls at the front were very friendly and the salon was very clean and kept nicely. But unfortunately as soon as I got in Megan's chair I had a really awful experience. She was incredibly unprofessional, was cursing and talking about really uncomfortable topics that shouldn't be disucussed with clients. Taylor provide excellent service. I always leave feeling beautiful and she listens to what I want, so I never feel I was talked into anything. My cut and color is just perfect. I especially enjoy the hair tinsel.
