Trion Real Estate Management is an awful and untrustworthy company. From improper billing practices, zero transparency, unresponsiveness, lack of services, rude staff & just overall poor service and conduct. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Trion Real Estate Management is one of the WORST management company l’ve ever dealt with. This so called management company is UNRESPONSIVE and extremely rude to unit owners. Unit owners have complained regarding improper billing practices, LACK of services, LACK of respect towards unit owners and failure to render services unit owners pay a monthly common charge for. Trion Real Estate Management is a half of a one star management agent at best.
RecommendedAfter meeting Carmelo, president of Trion R/E Mgmt. His knowledge of property management, attention to the important details, and dedication to the landlords and boards governing the properties he manages is evident. I recommend Trion wholeheartedly.
Trion management and shoa board I am formally filing a complaint against Trion employee Giovanni Puerto who viciously pulled a financial binder from me while my hand was on the opened binder in the silver ring. I had an appointment that was approved by Trion per email from Giovanni. No homeowner should be aggressively approached and have a binder pulled from them when they are viewing the financials or any other relevant document.
