These guys are awesome. Gabriel gave a professional and upfront assessment. He was honest and very affordable and offered great recommendations instead of just throwing out high expenses. The guys that did the job Isaiah and Joseph were both stand up guys that were clear, detailed, and highly efficient in the damage restoration. There is not enough to say about how great the service was and if I had to go through this again I would recommend them a 1000 times over.

The last big storm we got knocked out gutters and flooded the inside of our Arizona room. We tried our best to dry it out but a few days later we noticed what looked to be black mold growing on the baseboards. We called trilogy at 2p on a Friday and someone was here to assess it 2 hours later. By Sunday they had safely removed all mold. I am beyond grateful. We’ll be working with them now to reconstruct that area. Thanks guys!

Found mold on my patio after all of the heavy rain we just got. Gabe was super understanding about our worries and quickly came out to take a look. Jim and his crew was here the next mornin and had everything fixed up and taken care of while we were out at the kids sporting events on Saturday morning. They left everything cleaned up and perfect. 10/10 recommend Trilogy Restorations. Very reasonable pricing too!

Christian and his team did a great job on the remediation. He communicated well, however, I would not recommend the rebuild branch because they overprice and lacked communication or follow up.
