We are redoing our kitchen and our condo complex was built about 20 years ago. The flooring throughout the rest of the apartment is vinyl wood planking so we decided to continue that instead of using tile. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Rosie. I called and texted her several times. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, but she never showed up. She didn’t call or respond to any of my messages. She was very irresponsible. I strongly advise against working with her—there’s a good chance she simply won’t show up. First of all, I believe that if you don’t do this type of work, you should have told me from the beginning. Second, I specifically asked if you could do the job, and you told me yes.
