At first I was impressed and thankful they installed a new Water Heater right away. That’s where is went south. For months we were getting air in the pipes afterwards. Numerous calls and I couldn’t get them back out. I had to call another plumber who replaced the check valve and fixed it. So remember just because they were fast to sell a $1500 water heater the after sales support is bad. Called at least 5 times very politely and nothing
Just to let anyone who’s looking at this company for plumbing, go to Bisbee. They’re more expensive but they don’t cut corners and they remain professional. This company came to fix a simple clog in a floor drain and they left the gas cap off leaving sewer gas leaking into my home for many months. My animals became very ill. When the issue was found by the other plumbing company after months of looking for the smell unsure how big the issue in our home was or what it was they verified the cap for the sewer gas plug was off, ... read more
