DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased a water heater from Lowe's which this company is contracted with to install in the area. Previously had a 40 gal manufactured in 2009 and they recommended replacing it with another 40 gal. We ordered a new dishwasher from Costco, who contracted the install to this local company. The installer was quite rude - curt, unfriendly and frankly acted like installing my dishwasher was the last thing he wanted to do (which is probably true, but sir you have a job to do). I used Trio to install a water heater that I supplied around three years ago. Upon a new occupancy inspection last week I found that there were FOUR code violations with the Trio's installation and I had to spend an additional $570 with a different company to correct the errors. RUN from this garbage plumbing company.
Trio was assigned by Costco to install my dishwasher. Scott was my installer and he did a great job installing my new Whirlpool dishwasher! His communication, speediness, and cleanliness was exceptional. Trio reached out in advance to keep me updated on the installation window which allowed me to better plan my rest of my day around it.
