Came here with a Pinterest vision in mind for a gel manicure. While in the beginning stages of the manicure, one of the sweet ladies searched high and low in the salon for what to use to help me create my vision. She asked the other manicurists and I think even called someone who was not there on how to create said look. It blew my mind. I find this level of customer service harder and harder to find. today was my first visit to trio nails. I came in to receive a full set sns on my hands and remove acrylic off my toes to put gel polish on. I told the lady 2 to 3 times to confirm what I wanted. By the time tracy was about to put the gel polish on my toes, I looked down and realized she had put acrylic on my toes. we went back and forth and insisted on charging me $85 for what was supposed to be a basic pedicure with gel and an acrylic removal. once she already had the acrylic on, she didn’t want to take it off. after all o... read more
Amazing service
This was a great place to come and get your nails done but something has changed, management and staff? And the last two times I’ve had issues with my pedicures. The first time the tech used a mechanical file on my toes which was not needed on natural nails. In today’s visit the floor was filthy like it had not been swept or mopped when the place had just opened for the day. Red flag 1. I've been to this nail salon a few times before and it has always been a great experience. I normally only get pedicures here but during my most recent visit, I got a full set with Kevin. He was so great! I gave him the colors I wanted and he came up with a cute design! The shaping was perfect and he got me in and out in less than 2hrs. It's been almost 2 weeks and the nails are still intact and not lifting at all. My nails usually start to come off by the second week. I'll be getting my nails done again with Kevin.
