I chose Gel-X because many nail techs don’t know how to shape nails properly or make them all the same length. I got Gel-X here, and he shaped them so much that they look as inconsistent as if I had gotten acrylics. I told him I didn’t want any shaping, yet my “almond” nails are all different levels of pointy. I do like the color I got, but it’s not the one I asked for. Been coming here since they opened and have repeatedly given them chance after chance. If you are not a bi-weekly regular or getting a very deluxe service they will treat you horribly and rush you through so they can get to their regulars. They will shove you to the furthest chair and leave you there so they can accommodate those who came AFTER you who have chosen more deluxe services. Benson as always was fantastic. I miss Tracy, but Sam did a great job on my pedicure.
went here never had a problem until recently when I treated myself to a self care day as a college student. Right when I got there the person in charge was eating food and had me waiting until Sam did my nails. During the process I kept asking for put it in neutral and he kept applying different colors and the language barrier was very difficult to communicate he was wrong.
