If it weren't for Tracy's pedicure skills, I would never return. Hannah will never do my nails again; her repeat lateness and unprofessionalism will never get another dime from me. I have found someone else for my nails nearby. I came to get my nails done, and she was servicing one of her employees and made me wait. Yep, an "employee" not even another client.
