Trio did $1,000 of unauthorized work on a motor they knew was damaged..didn't tell me until after the repairs!! I called n told them car wasn't right before I even got it home..within 24hrs my motor blew!! The owner of Trio Ron Collins refused to do anything to correct the situation..didn't even care about making it right!! tThey actually laughed and said they would be taking my car to a junk yard if I didn't pick it up that day!!! I've never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and downright criminal!!!
