I have sent several emails with concerns to our HOA at Woodmont Townhomes and Trio. They will not reply back. An association that does not care about its clients!

Since Trio came into our neighborhood things have improved quite a bit. Responce time on ACC issues have greatly improved. The lady's at the office are always helpful and answer in a timely manor and that I am great for. I will strongly recommend Trio for HOA needs.
Trio is the best HOA Management Company that we have ever had; very helpful, suggests money moves that help to earn more interest, always having our backs and goes above and beyond. Trio is an excellent HOA management company, response time is quick and available when needed. Highly recommend Trio for your HOA needs.
Absolutely horrible. No follow through on items, multiple excuses for why things are not done. Recieved a notice in April that HOA dues were late but never received a notice that they were due to start with then received a notice that they were due in July. Managers are biased, do not follow rules of order for meetings or follow the HOA bylaws.
