Trio provided home care for my father in assisted living. When he went into Hospice care they were outstanding. They also provided grief support for my mother after his passing. It really helped her to deal with his passing and continue on with her life.
Last Year I Chose To Begin My HH Care With TRIO HH/Denton Texas. When I began with them, EVERY Nurse, PT/OT, and Office Personnel were Exemplary and I Received Exceptional Care!!! In The Last 6mos+, there has been SO MANY Turn-Overs/Changes Within The Company. MOST have LEFT if Not All….Now…. If You Need -or You have A Luvd One that Needs Care…. Please Choose Another Company! We absolutely love when Jessica Jimenez visits our residents at Pinewood Hills she has a wonderful spirit with professional service and quality care for our residents.
My mom was in the care of Trio Home Health this past year. The nurse and physical therapists were great. We had an extremely bad experience with their speech therapist on staff Heather. My mom suffered from Dysphagia which resulted in her losing her ability to swallow, eat and drink which resulted in tube feedings.
