This clinic is hit or miss with its doctors. Many of them just try to maximize profit for the clinic. A few of them actually care - Dr. Chang is one of them. Our first doctor, Cassandra Greenberg is inexperienced, focussed on making her practice profitable, and not focussed on what is appropriate for the patient. She prescribed medical protocols that were inappropriate and required more visits to the clinic than required and after almost $15K in costs we had little to show for it. Extremely disappointing experience. After waiting a month for this appointment, I arrived on time and was told I didn’t have one scheduled. I even showed them the confirmation email I had received—but they refused to acknowledge their mistake and let the doctor see me, even with a short delay. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning.
I came to this clinic after visiting a much more modern new facility in the city. Right away I felt the difference in level of communication, responsiveness and professionalism. We proceeded to IVF easily given we wanted a fast track option because of male factors and were successful with our first frozen embryo transfer. My consult doctor, the egg retrieval doctor and my transfer doctor were all experienced, and you could tell they loved their jobs. I highly recommended this clinic to everyone. Thank you TRIO!
