My wife and I were so excited to be moving forward with the process. However, rhe lack of flexibility is not condusive to the customer. Freezing times are only from 12pm to 1230pm. Meaning if youre from out of town it's a day trip. Ridiculous!!!!
I’m a current patient and can confirm the experience has been absolutely terrible. The doctors office never picks up phone calls or return voice messages. It takes them days to reply to an email. I would have switched to a different clinic if I wasn’t already so far into the process. Everyone including the doctor acts like a robot, everything you need to know you have to just find out from the videos that are mandatory to watch. You’re just a product moving through the assembly line.
Working with Trio during what can only be described as a trying time in our lives has been a bright light. The nurses and doctors at Trio are kind, compassionate, and incredibly good at what they do. They put the patient's well being ahead of everything else and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand exactly what is going on. We truly could not have asked for a better team of medical professionals to work with us through our journey.
