Customer service is great !!!
Probably one of the worst places I’ve encountered in terms of service. They are extremely quick to follow up on even the smallest outstanding invoice, even if it’s just a day late. But when it comes to following up on medical concerns, the response is shockingly poor. I received rude replies, very little concern, and when I pointed out a clear mistake on their part, there was absolutely no accountability.
