I had several pieces of jewelry that needed repair, including an opal ring with a chipped opal. Alex did a fabulous job sourcing a beautiful new opal and professionally repairing the other pieces - pendant, gold chains, clasps at a reasonable price. I really appreciated his expertise, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Alex!
Alex did a beautiful job of creating earrings and a pendant from assorted other jewelry. He crafted the gold in a striking design with emeralds and diamonds well placed on the three pieces to make a great set.
I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but after seeing what my wife has gone through with Trio Jewellery, I feel people should be aware before consigning valuables there. In 2019, my wife signed a consignment agreement with Trio Jewellery for her engagement ring and wedding band set, which had been appraised at approximately $6,000. I took all my random jewelry in along with my wedding/engagement ring that no longer fit me properly. Alex designed a 3 carat diamond solitaire, simple and beautiful. He was wonderful to deal with and very easy going. I would definately go back :)
The clasp on my necklace broke, brought it to Alex and he did a phenomenal, necklace looks brand new, quality of the work is great. Fast turnaround time and reasonable price. Alex is very honest and does good work!
