They need a better return policy. I wanted to purchase a dress to try on at home. When I asked the store associate about their return policy she stated that I had 15 days to return for an in-store credit only. She said that it's because they are a small boutique. I understand that it's a small company but I imagine with a return policy like that the store has to be losing out on sales. I put the $59 dress back on the rack and I'm not sure I'll be back. I've been in this store only a handful of times, but today was the most special visit ever! I came in not really looking any for anything and I was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and let me know about different promos. She also gave me honest opinions about the products and I really appreciated that. Her friendliness made me want to buy something! She suggested I follow Trinkets on social media, so that I will know about future promotions. I will definitely be coming back to this location!
Every one of the girls in the store are polite and very helpful! Such a clean and well put together store! Definitely recommend!!
