Sent here for testing through my employer. Every staff member was extremely polite and professional. Was not busy early in the morning. They had me registered, back for testing and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Best experience I've ever had at a clinic.
Despite all the bad reviews with Work Care, I have been doing my DOT medical exams there for 9 years and NEVER once had a bad experience with them. The staff at the front desk and the nurses etc have always been good to me. Very kind and professional. I think some people who have left negative reviews have mistaken this for Trinity the Hospital which this is not, its a separate program within Trinity Hospital. Called and talked to Tina on the phone about some paperwork I had dropped off a week ago for a needle stick injury claim. She was very nasty and patronizing, and had very poor bedside manner, especially for working at a hospital. She sat there and laughed at me when I told her I didn’t know what to do. Said it was ridiculous I didn’t fill out the paperwork that they had to fill out(bc I filled out my half). Let my paper sit there for a week knowing no one would sign it. Dr. Chopra is just horrible. He came looked at my injury. He didn’t explain anything to me. He looked at me, didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He just walked out of the room, and had the nurse explain to me about what was happening. I was livid when I left because nothing was addressed and he sent me back to full duty. No MRI or anything.
